    • Conduct investigations from beginning to end

    • Communicate directly with the client

    • Engage in predominantly face-to-face interviews

    • Work as flexibly as your lifestyle requires

    • Work autonomously, with full support from the management and admin team as needed

    • Hold a current SA (or NT) Inquiry Work – Investigation Agent Licence

    • Hold a Certificate III in Investigative Services or equivalent

    • Be able to provide a National Police Clearance and/or Working with Children clearance

    • Hold a current SA Driver's Licence and own vehicle

    • Experience in injury management investigations for workers compensation and/or other insurance claims.

    • Experience in insurance claims including general insurance, workers compensation, CTP, personal injury and income protection

    • Member of a professional association such as the AIPI, or willingness to join and participate in professional development activities.
